第一，如果你想在面试之前，先跟HR确认对方企业是否招人，以防浪费大家的时间，她居然先跟你急。
If you want to confirm the recuitment information is ture or not in case a waste of time with HR prior to the interview，she are about to argue with you.
第二，任何你想问的问题都要面谈，甚至包括这个岗位的薪酬范围（基于多年工作经验，固定工资岗位的情况）。
Any questions you ask including the fixed salary range won't be mentioned until you discuss with him face to face in the interview.

第三，面试流程。电话再三确定清楚此次直接面试负责人是老板。只有到了面试阶段你才发现跟你谈的只是HR而不是老板。最后还跟你说老板临时有事出去了，回去等通知吧。希望你理解。
